Oceans Beach House is a 2 bedroom self contained apartment that sleeps up to a maximum of 6 people. The apartment is at the front of the house and we live at the back of the house. It has its own separate entrance.

We pride ourselves on providing a clean & beautifully presented apartment so you can arrive and relax.

Rates and Conditions

2 night minimum stay

Small well behaved dogs are welcome - we charge a $50 dog stay fee and require a refundable security deposit of $200.

If you would like to bring your own linen including sheets, pillow and towels we will offer a $10 discount per night.

The Beach & Bush Room

The Beach Room has a super king bed which has the ability to split into 2 single beds therefore accommodating either a couple or 2 children.

The Bush Room has a King size bed and a double fold out couch.

Both rooms have a 4 person dining table/chairs, sofa’s, 50inch TVs and bathroom facilities.

The kitchen area has a full size fridge, pantry, set of hotplates and mini oven.

There is a bbq outside the unit and beautiful views of Ocean Beach and the Bream Head from a shared deck space.

50 inch TVs in both rooms with Free view TV , selection of DVDs and Smart VU giving access to Netflix, Lightbox, Spotify etc

SPA POOL (Shared Space)

Heaters in winter and ceiling fans for summer

Full sized pantry with basic pantry supplies including – salt/pepper, cooking oil, tea, coffee, sugar, cleaning products, small milk on arrival, toilet paper.

Toddler safe – baby safety locks provided where appropriate

Parking at front on property

Wireless Internet

During some months you can hear Kiwi calling from the house and Fantails, Tui, NZ Pigeon, Wax-eyes and Bellbirds are regular visitors to our gardens.
